In skeet shooting, clay targets fly unexpectedly across the sky—and you have a split second to decide, act, and follow through. Sounds a lot like life, right?
It’s a powerful lesson in focus, decisiveness, and confidence under pressure. We'll have private instruction for the afternoon and all our equipment, ammo, safety gear, and targets will be provided. If you've never held a gun, or you're an old pro — this event will be equally thrilling and instructive.
WANNA HEAR SOMETHING COOL?"Skeet" is from the Scandinavian word "Skyte" and replaced the original name for this sport, "Shooting Round the Clock", after a contest was held to rename it from the mouthful it was. The winner was a woman — Gertrude Hurlbutt ...and the rest is history!
