About the event
There are an incredible amount of life and career skills built through playing poker. Yet, most girls are never taught how to play. In fact, only 5% of professional poker players are women (and you thought you're industry was rough!). From calculating risks, reading the room, and knowing when it's time to let go — the practice we can get through poker is really valuable — and freaking fun!
If you've never played, this is a great environment to learn, surrounding by supportive women to help. You'll grow your network of true women of substance, while having a blast and getting some of these confidence-building skills along the way. So, whether you're a pro (come help others learn!) or a total beginner, come have a blast with us!
